Dr. Kapil Jamwal is a distinguished Gastroenterologist and Hepatologist with over 19 years of experience, recognized as a leading authority in the Delhi-NCR region for his expertise in advanced gastrointestinal and liver disease management.
He specializes in Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary (HPB) endoscopy, endoscopic management of portal hypertension and GI bleeding, third space endoscopy (including POEM), and innovative endoscopic procedures such as Endoscopic Sleeve Gastroplasty and Endoscopic Anti-Reflux Procedures.
Dr. Jamwal has performed advanced endoscopic procedures and managed complex conditions such as inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), hepatitis (B and C), non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD), acute and chronic pancreatitis, biliary tract disorders, and gastrointestinal bleeding.

Dr. Jamwal has served in key leadership roles, including Senior Consultant and Unit Head at Artemis Hospital, Assistant Professor at the Institute of Liver and Biliary Sciences (ILBS), and Clinical Lead at Dharamshila Narayana Super Specialty Hospital.
With a strong research background, he has led randomized controlled trials on Fecal Microbiota Transplantation (FMT) for IBS and liver disease and authored numerous publications in national and international journals, including presentations at ISGCON 2012, APALD Qingdao 2015, and AASLD 2015 in San Francisco.
